Lian represents professional fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and incapacitated individuals in all stages of a complex administration and litigated guardianship, probate, or trust matters. Lian also acts as a court-appointed trustee and curator. Before joining the firm, Lian served as a staff attorney to Judge Bernard Shapiro of the Eleventh Judicial Circut of Florida and was named a Fellow of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Lian is actively involved in the Hispanic legal community, serving on the board of the National Hispanic Bar Association and the Guatemalan-Maya Center. Lian is a frequent speaker and published author, a South Florida Legal Guide Up & Comer, and a member of the Young Lawyers Section and Elder Law Section of The Florida Bar. Lian holds a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law and a B.A. from Florida International University.
